We partnered with ReWork the Bay and Jobs with Justice San Francisco to develop a framework and recommendations for funders and workforce leaders to understand the “Future of Work” in a way that centers the worker perspective and prioritizes racial and economic equity.
This report synthesizes the insights of over 50 worker organizers, funders and workforce leaders and offers recommendations for the field.
