Do you believe in stronger local schools, vibrant parks, and essential services that uplift working families? Do you think our economies should center communities, not corporations?
Join us in actively engaging with voters in our communities to collaboratively enhance funding for these crucial aspects of our lives by ensuring that greedy corporations and real estate billionaires can no longer profit while keeping our wages low, and refusing to pay their fair share in taxes — like the rest of us do!
Phone Banking: Join our dedicated team to connect with voters over the phone. Every call is a step towards building support for local schools, parks, and essential services. Your voice can make a difference!
Canvassing on Weekends: Step into the community, knock on doors, and connect directly with your neighbors on weekends. By engaging face-to-face, you become a crucial link in our mission to empower working families and drive critical change that could change the lives of a million Californians.
Together, let’s create positive change in our communities!

Why Volunteer?
We are on a mission to empower individuals from diverse backgrounds, including people of color, immigrants, women, and low-income residents. Our vision is clear: to build power within these communities and ensure they can fully participate in the prosperity of our region.

Why Wait? Act Now!
The urgency of our mission cannot be overstated.
Economic disparity in Silicon Valley affects countless families, and we need your help today — your help is essential to ensuring that everyone in our region has the opportunity to succeed.
Right now, we are actively seeking volunteers to engage voters in San Jose through phone banking and door-to-door canvassing efforts in order to educate the community on how corporations avoid paying taxes that will invest in our community and to influence voters to become members of our growing statewide coalition.
