Join our team and connect directly with voters across Santa Clara County. Courts and powerful interests are working to limit who can participate in our democracy. The answer is more neighbors talking to neighbors, more doors knocked, more voices heard, and every single vote cast and counted.

June 2 is a critical election for California, and the season is already underway. Ballots are here, drop boxes are open, and voting has begun.

Some are trying to spread fear and confusion to make Californians doubt their power or feel unsafe voting. We’re not having it. When Californians show up, we set the direction for the nation. On workers’ rights, housing, healthcare, and the kind of economy that works for all of us, not just those at the top.

That’s why Working Partnerships USA is joining communities across the state in turning this election season into a celebration of democracy, courage, and belonging. We’re organizing local Can’t Stop CA actions where everyday Californians come together to protect the vote, cut through the noise, and make sure every voice counts.

The work is simple but powerful: pick up the phone, knock on a door, talk to your neighbors, protect our votes. You don’t need to be an expert, you just need to show up. Our team will train you, support you, and work alongside you every step of the way.

Protect our votes. Show up at the polls and make sure every vote counts. Poll protectors monitor voting sites, document issues, and ensure voters aren’t intimidated or turned away. We’ll train you on what to look for and what to do. Your presence makes a difference.

We need phone bankers and canvassers to help spread the word across California. Together, we make sure every Californian can vote freely, safely, and proudly. Together, we remind the country: you can’t stop California.

Canvassing on Weekends: Step into the community, knock on doors, and connect directly with your neighbors on weekends. By engaging face-to-face, you become a crucial link in our mission to empower working families and drive critical change that could change the lives of a million Californians.

Together, let’s create positive change in our communities!

Sign up here and we’ll keep you posted on planned phone banks and canvass days.

City workers came together at San José City Hall t City workers came together at San José City Hall this week to demand a fair contract and defend the public services our communities rely on every day.

Our Executive Director, Maria Noel Fernandez, joined workers and community allies in speaking out for a city that values public service, worker dignity, and accountability in how new technologies like AI are introduced in the workplace. As corporations and public agencies move quickly to adopt AI, workers deserve a real voice in the decisions that impact their jobs, livelihoods, and the services our communities depend on.

We were proud to stand alongside workers represented by @ifpte_local21 and @sjmef101. A stronger San José starts with respecting the workers who make this city function every single day!
