Working Partnerships USA is seeking a Civic Engagement Program Team Lead to help engage and educate voters in preparation for the upcoming November election in San José and Santa Clara County. The Team Lead will work with Silicon Valley Rising Action to coordinate and manage phone banking and door-to-door canvassing teams who will be listening to voters, educating them on the upcoming election, and inviting them to join our membership lists and connect with future opportunities for education and action in their districts.

Working Partnerships USA is seeking a Director of Programs to provide strategic leadership and direction for the organization’s program department, advancing our mission to build power with workers and tenants for economic and racial justice. The Director will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of our core program areas—including civic engagement, worker outreach, and tenants’ rights initiatives—ensuring they are integrated with our organizing strategies and contribute to growing our base and membership pipeline.
