Trades Programs Associate
Working Partnerships USA is seeking a Trades Programs Associate to join our exceptional team. The Associate will support the Trades Introduction Program (TIP), a construction career training and placement initiative that helps jobseekers from under-represented communities in San Mateo County to enter apprenticeships and achieve a long-term, family-supporting career in the construction trades. TIP is led by Working Partnerships USA in collaboration with union, industry, and community partners. TIP is an apprenticeship readiness program designed to educate participants about the construction industry and prepare them to succeed in a construction trades apprenticeship.
Program Operations Associate
Working Partnerships USA is seeking a motivated, organized, inquisitive and detail-oriented individual, with a commitment to racial and economic justice, to help our operations and executive teams. The Program Operations Associate is responsible for ensuring compliance with the programmatic, financial, and administrative requirements for existing and new programs. The ideal candidate demonstrates ability to solve problems, implement policies/procedures, and juggle competing priorities.
