This role focuses on strategic partnerships, program operations, funding, and outcomes that advance the organization’s mission.
Healthcare Navigator
Working Partnerships USA is seeking Healthcare Navigators to support patients and families with Medi-Cal and access to local healthcare resources. Navigators will help schedule clinic appointments, provide benefit application assistance, and help patients understand changes that may affect their healthcare coverage. This role will also support community outreach and education, including health resource fairs and connecting community members to available healthcare resources. Navigators will be trained on HIPAA privacy requirements and the proper handling of confidential information.
Organizing Director
Working Partnerships USA is seeking an Organizing Director committed to building power for working families and advancing social, racial, and economic justice in Silicon Valley. The Organizing Director will lead grassroots organizing strategies, develop campaigns, grow community power, and build leadership among members and supporters. This role will oversee organizing efforts, manage and develop a strong organizing team, and work closely with organizational leadership, staff, and community partners to advance WPUSA’s mission and long-term agenda. The Organizing Director reports to the Executive Director and is part of the bargaining unit represented by the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers.
