Working Partnerships USA is seeking a Civic Engagement Program Canvasser to participate in phone banking and door-to-door canvassing efforts, engage voters and community volunteers who participated in recent elections, along with workers and employers who have expressed interest in learning more about their rights. This canvassing team will learn how to have organizing conversations, which includes listening to community members from various backgrounds, inviting them to build power with other workers by organizing into action pods with neighbors and other workers, and joining We Are California.

Working Partnerships USA is seeking a Civic Engagement Program Team Lead to help engage and educate voters in preparation for the upcoming November election in San José and Santa Clara County. The Team Lead will work with Silicon Valley Rising Action to coordinate and manage phone banking and door-to-door canvassing teams who will be listening to voters, educating them on the upcoming election, and inviting them to join our membership lists and connect with future opportunities for education and action in their districts.

Working Partnerships USA is seeking a Trades Programs Associate to join our exceptional team. The Associate will primarily support the Trades Introduction Program (TIP), a construction career training and placement initiative that helps jobseekers from under-represented communities in San Mateo County to enter apprenticeships and achieve a long-term, family-supporting career in the construction trades.
