Fair Workplace Collaborative Program Manager
Daniella’s dream is to set a foundation for her family to break the generational curses of poverty and oppression. As the Program Manager at Working Partnerships USA, Daniella leads the Fair Workplace Collaborative (a coalition of nonprofits, business advocates, and labor attorneys partnered with Santa Clara County’s Office of Labor Standards Enforcement) to ensure every employee and business in the county knows their labor rights and responsibilities by building relationships and education. The difficult economic circumstances from living in a low income home fuels her drive to empower people to challenge the current labor standards, housing, education, and the criminal justice system(s). She graduated from San José State University with a Bachelor in Political Science in 2020. She lives in San José, where she spends her free time making art, thrifting or in the local redwood forests with her dog Midnight.
