Curriculum & Certifications
The Trades Orientation Program is a year-long apprenticeship readiness program offering 12 months of individualized construction career coaching, assistance with applications, testing and interviews for construction apprenticeships, and job retention support, combined with a 130-hour pre-apprenticeship class based on the nationally recognized Multi-Craft Core Curriculum (MC3).
In this intensive career exploration program, you will gain exposure to the wide variety of construction trades careers available such as Carpenter, Electrician, HVACR Tech, Roofer, Pipefitter, Plasterer, Ironworker, Sheet Metal, and more. You will learn about the entry requirements for apprenticeship in each trade and what it takes to successfully apply for the trade of your choice. Your job coach will support you throughout the apprenticeship application process and when you start working and learning in the trade of your choice.

Successful graduates will receive:
